Commission members met with consultant, Tom Sexton, to continue the development of Wetland Regulations for the local By Law. The review commenced with discussions on limited projects and
continued with exemptions, hardships and waivers, alternatives analyses, public hearings, issuances of permits and extension of permits.
Other Business:
The Commission signed a voucher for W.B. Mason.
Commission members were reminded of the site walk scheduled for Sat., Nov. 20th, 8:00 AM beginning at Jenks Pond with visits to S. Main Street and Beechwood Road.
Attending the meeting were: Cliff Matthews, Barry Lariviere, Neal Standley, Brian Norton, Michael O’Herron, Anne Matthews, and Administrator George Holmes.
